Partner / Managing Executive Chef

Chef Salvatore began his culinary career in Italy in 1987. After moving to the United States in 1991, he lead several of Dallas’ favorite restaurants, like Arcodoro / Pomodoro and Daddy Jack’s Grill. In 2009, he joined Bonnie and Nathan Shea to open Urban Crust. In 2014, he joined the Urban Rio team as Managing Executive Chef. Chef Salvatore and his wife, Jeanne-Marie have two sons Luca and Matteo.
